“Nothing in the world can
take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful
men with talent. Genius will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence
and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan “Press on” has solved and
always will solve the problems of the human race.”
-Calvin Collide, 30th
president of the United States
This statement in my opinion means that whether you have talent or
not it doesn’t mean it’s going to take you far. Also, that when you are smart then well you
can precede in life with education everyone is smart you just have to learn to
show it. You have to prove to yourself that you can do this Nothing is better
than the other everything is equal. Persistence beats everything. That is all
you need in order to better yourself in education and being successful.
