Summary: Alex Schwazer
an Olympic gold medalist is banned because of the use of drugs. He was using
enhanced drugs to win the races. It was just only one day after winning the
gold medal that he got kicked out of the London Games. This was a disappointment
for everyone. Later, he gave a press conference but was just full of tears and
very emotional. He spoke to the press that he was happy he was caught using
drugs because he wants to stop and just start a new life and that he wasn’t made
for using drugs.
Reflection: I think that it was good that he got caught but also
because he doesn’t want to use drugs anymore so he is actually glad about it.
You should always be honest since day 1 because if you’re not then you are just
lost and you’re going to want to choose the wrong path all the time. Honesty is
very important because that makes you who you are. Drugs is the worst thing you
can do because you are just going to feel lost you lose family and friends when
you get into those type of things so you should always just come clean about
everything and not choose to do wrong because you are just hurting yourself.
