This statement means that when you do something good you feel good.
But if you plan on choosing the wrong you are not going to be proud of what you’ve
done and you shouldn’t feel proud because what you did was wrong. So when you
do wrong it stays with you forever because you just think of that one time that
you messed up and it follows you everywhere and that feeling you get when you
remember you did something wrong well it will stay bothering you until you
decide to ask for forgiveness and you regret doing what you did deep down. So if you suffer its ok because you know it won’t
be for long because you decided to stick to choosing the right!
